About Salt&Soul
At Salt & Soul, we bring together the grounding power of yoga and the freedom of water.
Our adult-only classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stress, and rediscover confidence — whether you’re flowing on the mat or gliding through the water.
Our accessible yoga classes are designed especially for adults who want to move more freely, reduce stress, and feel at ease in their own bodies.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a break, we’ll meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you’re learning for the first time or refining your technique, our adult swimming programs build confidence, skill, and peace of mind in the water.
We create a calm, supportive space — free from pressure, focused on progress.

About Me
I’m Sharon, a lifelong swimmer and yoga practitioner. I qualified as a swimming teaching in 2004 and have dipped in and out of coaching and teaching for over 20 years. I am a fellow of the institute of swimming and fully insured.
In 2025, I took the plunge and completed my 200 hour yoga teaching qualification with Barefoot Body Yoga based in Cambridge having practiced for over 30 years. This complemnets my degree in Physiotherapy (Sheffield Hallam, 2007) and timed served in the NHS as both physio and physio assistant. Although I no longer practice, the knowledge and experience gained supports my coaching practices. As such, I aim to make these sessions accessible and avaiable to all and develop my skills in introducing anyone to yoga.
