Service Description

If you are a David Lloyd member, you can join our Masters swim group. It's helpful if you can comfortably swim 400m with some reasonable front crawl. The session is for 1 hour and we typically spend half of the session working on skills and technique across all of the 4 strokes . Not sure its for you? Come along and try.
